Why BWB Exists

The MBA

You Wish You'd Done

Being an entrepreneur in 2026 is harder than it's ever been. Credit is tighter. Costs are higher.
And most business advice is written by people who've never met a payroll. BWB exists to change that one honest conversation at a time.

Andy Oury

The guy behind BWB
Andy is a qualified accountant, entrepreneur, and director of a century-old accountancy firm. He built BWB because he believed founders deserved access to the kind of conversations that usually happen behind closed doors — and that a podcast was the only format honest enough to have them.

He is also, it should be said, known as the Rebel Accountant — a hip-hop performer whose songs about tax have earned him a rather unusual kind of fanbase. This makes complete sense once you've met him.

Thinking of appearing on the show?

This is a platform

worth being part of.

BWB reaches entrepreneurs, founders and business owners who take their work seriously. Our guests don't appear because it's easy — they appear because it's worth it. Martin Wolf. Neil Mullarkey. John B Stapleton.
If you have something real to say to people building real things, we'd like to talk.
